Delivery

We aim to offer a First-Class Delivery Service on all of our orders with selected courier partners. We offer free standard 3-5 working days as standard which can vary slightly depending on the size and value of your order.

All orders  qualify for free standard 3-5 working days delivery and we will contact you to specify how your items will arrive when we process your order.

Personalised and Bespoke – Personalised items can take up to 20 working days to be made before they are despatched on a next day service. Custom order can take up to 12 weeks to be made before dispatch.

We reserve the right to despatch bespoke orders via any courier or courier service deemed most suitable. We will contact you shortly after you place your order to notify you of an approximate delivery date.

Worldwide Delivery
We have customers all around the world in countries including Germany, Australia, USA and Japan. All orders placed outside of mainland UK will be delivered via DHL express, DPD or Royal Mail and are usually delivered in 2-10 working days depending on location. Charges will be calculated at checkout (add your items to your basket, input your address and the delivery charge will be automatically updated).
When delivering outside of the UK, Lords & Labradors can accept no liability for any customs delays or travel disruptions which may result in a delay of delivery, or the order being returned to sender as this at the discretion of the customs process in the country of delivery. Lords & Labradors will always keep you up to date with any delays or issues.

Please note when ordering to an overseas destination, shipping is estimated so there may be an additional charge for larger items after completing an order.
